The Detroit Business Hub Group Institute continues with Ms. Kimle Nailer on Friday, April 23rd at 4 pm at Incubizo in Ferndale.
Ms. Kimle Nailer is a licensed builder and owner of Nail-Rite Construction Company, her company provides residential rehab and renovation services, as well as provide commercial drywall finishing. Ms. Nailer became an active member of the National Association of Black Women in Construction (NABWIC) organization in 2016, and quickly advanced to serve as the National President in 2018. Her leadership has expanded the brand and thumbprint of Black Women in Construction spawning a new motto for the organization, “We are the Voice of Construction.”
Kimle Nailer is a successful, heart-centered entrepreneur who uses her life’s story of overcoming low self-esteem, due to the dark color of her skin, as a compelling message to teach women how to transform self-worth into net-worth to advance their careers or become confident businesswomen and entrepreneurs. Her primary focus is inspiring Black Women to pursue careers in skilled trades and become the next generation of general contractors. Construction is an industry that supports the wealth transfer for economic empowerment for Black Communities.
Ms. Nailer earned a business degree from Wayne State University and has also pursued a career as a Senior Business Analyst. She spends her leisure time as a real estate investor, fixing and flipping properties for financial stability and passive income. Her real estate business has provided financial freedom to travel and pursue her passions of helping women become economically stable. She serves as an Inner Circle Mentor for the Real Estate Investment Goddesses Community teaching women real estate investing. She will discuss Real Estate and Social Advocacy, at this event.
