Nailer is a licensed builder and owner of Nail-Rite Construction Company, her company provides residential rehab and renovation services, as well as provide commercial drywall finishing. Kimle became an active member of the National Association of Black Women in Construction (NABWIC) organization in 2016, and quickly advanced to serve as the National President in 2018.
